Please note the fastest route from the airport is via I-70 to Wadsworth Blvd, avoiding local traffic.

PRIMARY ROUTE (From DIA / I-70 Westbound):

From I-70 W, take Exit 269A toward CO-121 N/Wadsworth Blvd.

Follow CO-121 N (Wadsworth Blvd) north toward Arvada.

Turn left onto W 72nd Ave, then right onto Carr St.

Follow local streets to W 74th Pl.

Look for the home with 3 garage doors that backs directly onto the open parkland (Club Crest Park South). Address number and sign of NG galleria is at the front door.

FINAL LOGISTICS (CRUCIAL):

Parking Limit: We provide ample off-street parking for up to 3 cars in our private driveway. We kindly ask that you prioritize using the driveway to keep our neighborhood streets clear for our neighbors. Off-Limits Areas: For your privacy and safety, the utility/furnace room, the 2 owner's closets, and the 3rd garage bay are strictly off-limits.

Entry: Use the unique smart lock code provided in your check-in message for keyless access to the front door.
